Richard Lucht

Richard Lucht, MCCPO, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Commodore Builders, one of Boston’s leading commercial construction firms, where they lead operations and contribute to the firm’s philanthropic efforts. They have held various roles at Commodore Builders, including Institutional Orbit Leader and Project Executive, and were recognized for their leadership with a Best Place to Work award for three consecutive years. Prior to joining Commodore, Richard gained extensive experience at other organizations, including Cutler Associates, NEI General Contracting, and Consigli Construction. They are also a member of the Board of Directors for AGC MA and have served as a Field Engineer for the Massachusetts Highway Department. Richard continues their education at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
