Sen Blankinship

Sen Blankinship is an experienced project manager with a comprehensive background in construction and facilities management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Commodore Builders since January 2018, Sen has a proven track record leading various projects including Master Plan initiatives at UMass Boston, where significant contributions were made from programming to maintenance. Previous roles include Committee Chair for the Cambridge Cub Scout Pack 56 and Project Manager at James J. Welch & Co., Inc. and Consigli Construction, where notable projects involved green renovations and extensive healthcare facility upgrades. With an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Asian Studies from the University of Virginia, Sen combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills to deliver successful outcomes in complex environments.
