Gerard Lenze

Gerard Lenze, PLS, is a seasoned surveyor currently serving as a Land Surveyor/Party Chief at Commodore Construction Corp. since 2012, where they specialize in layout engineering and various types of surveys using advanced equipment. They have extensive experience as a Survey Party Chief with the International Union of Operating Engineers and previously worked as a Land Surveyor at Lovell and Belcher LLC from 2000 to 2012, mastering all aspects of surveying. Gerard also holds the position of President at Lenze Land Surveying DPC since 2023 and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies at Adelphi University, while having studied surveying at East Tennessee State University and obtained an Associate degree from Nassau Community College.
