Jesse Lohrer is an experienced construction professional with expertise in estimating and project management. Currently serving as an Estimator at Commodore Construction Corp. since April 2023, Jesse previously worked as a Construction Estimator at Vanguard Construction & Co. from February 2022 to May 2023. Between 2016 and 2022, Jesse held the role of Project Manager at Precision Interior, following a position as an Estimator at the same company from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, Jesse has hands-on experience as a Lead Carpenter, overseeing various construction projects with a specialization in architectural drywall, framing, and acoustical ceilings. Jesse holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Construction Management from City Tech, CUNY, gained between 2014 and 2016.
