Khalil Rouchdy, EIT, currently serves as a Project Manager at Commodore Construction Corp. since December 2021, where responsibilities include budgeting, project forecasting, payment preparation, and compliance documentation. Prior to this role, Khalil was a Quality Control Manager at Weeks Marine, Inc., overseeing quality control procedures for the $69 million Living Breakwaters project. Khalil's experience also includes serving as a Project Engineer for Yonkers Contracting Company, Inc. and as a Transportation Construction Inspector for the NYS Department of Transportation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Manhattan University and an Associate in Applied Science in Civil Engineering from NYC College of Technology. Additionally, Khalil has held leadership roles in various engineering organizations and has extensive experience in project planning, execution, and quality control.
