Matt Pasqualini

Matt Pasqualini is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in estimating and project management. Currently serving as a Construction Estimator at Commodore Construction Corp. since January 2023, Matt previously worked as an Estimator and Assistant Project Manager at Ahearn Holtzman Inc / Seaboard Weatherproofing and Restoration Co. from June 2017 to April 2023. Earlier experience includes an Estimator Intern position at Worth Construction Co., Inc. and summer laborer roles at Roman Dnes General Contracting and CP Builders. Matt possesses strong analytical skills demonstrated through project plan analysis and quantity take-offs, coupled with effective communication with subcontractors. Matt also has a background in coaching wrestling, indicating strong leadership and teamwork capabilities. A graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Matt has foundational experience in various construction trades developed since high school.
