Sean Nicholas

Sean Nicholas is an experienced project management professional with a background in quantity surveying and construction. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Commodore Construction Corp. since August 2013, Sean has been responsible for allocating work to subcontractors, managing site safety, and overseeing procurement processes. Prior to this role, Sean worked as a Junior Quantity Surveyor at Absolute House Plans Ltd., where responsibilities included preparing tender documents, conducting cost analysis, and providing procurement advice. Sean began the professional journey at Materion Corporation as a General Operator. Sean holds a Level 8 Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying from Limerick Institute of Technology and completed the Leaving Certificate at Castletroy College.
