Rachel Henry (Hall) is the Co-Founder and COO of Common, where they focus on creating innovative social media experiences through engaging storytelling. With over 13 years of experience in media and digital marketing, they have previously held significant positions at LADbible Group, NOVA Entertainment, Global, and Media Circus. Currently, they lead operations and strategy at Common, collaborating with creators and brands to foster positivity and deep audience engagement. Rachel is also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies at Queensland University of Technology.
