Danielle Croll

Danielle Croll, MSHE, is an accomplished higher education professional with extensive experience in admissions and member implementation. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Member Implementation at Common App since November 2020, Danielle leads a team to enhance onboarding processes and support diverse member institutions, achieving an increase in Net Promoter Score. Previous roles include Manager of Member Implementation at Common App, where Danielle managed a team to ensure effective onboarding, and Member Relations Manager, overseeing high-volume accounts. Additional experience encompasses academic partnerships at CapSource Education, regional admissions at Guilford College, and recruitment efforts at Muhlenberg College and the University of South Florida.
