Emily Blumenfeld has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of user experience research and design. Emily currently works as a Sr. UX Researcher at Common App since 2022. Previously, they worked at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2018 to 2022, where they held the position of User Experience Designer / Researcher / Strategist. Emily'swork involved conducting usability testing, heuristic reviews, and developing prototypes for various clients, including the Department of Veterans Affairs and the National Science Foundation.

Before that, Emily was a User Experience Researcher at Artisan Talent for a brief period in 2018. In 2017, they worked as a Digital Product Owner at Celerity, where they led digital strategy workshops, implemented best practices, and served as a Scrum Master for a company-wide transition to Salesforce/Financial Force.
