Julia Huffman has a diverse work history. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Camp Counselor at McDonogh School before becoming a Writing Center Tutor at Washington and Lee University from October 2016 to December 2018. In 2019, they served as a Long-term Substitute English Teacher at Notre Dame Preparatory School and also worked as a Graduate Assistant at William & Mary - Raymond A. Mason School of Business. Later, they joined Infinitive in May 2020 as a Principal and held roles as a Senior Consultant in Business Analysis and Delivery Methodologies & Solutions. Julia's most recent role is as the Manager of the Portfolio Management Office at Common App starting in April 2023.

Julia Huffman completed their high school education at Notre Dame Preparatory School, where they obtained a High School Diploma. Julia then attended Washington and Lee University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English, with minors in Mathematics and Creative Writing. Afterward, they pursued further education at William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Analytics.

In addition to their formal education, Julia has acquired several certifications. In 2020, they obtained the AWS Cloud Economics Accreditation, AWS Business Professional Accreditation, and AWS Technical Professional Accreditation from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Julia also holds the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance, obtained in February 2021. Furthermore, Julia became an Agile Hybrid Project Pro, certified by the Project Management Institute, in June 2022. Julia is also scheduled to obtain the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) certification in March 2023, and they achieved the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification in April 2021.
