Andrew Walchuk currently serves as the Policy Director and Counsel for Voting and Fair Representation at Common Cause, a position held since December 2025. Prior to this role, Andrew worked at the U.S. Department of Justice from April 2023 to September 2025 as Chief of Civil Policy in the Office for Access to Justice, as well as Senior Counsel in the same office. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School, a Master of Arts in Religion with a focus on Ethics from Yale University, and a BA summa cum laude in International Relations, Political Science, and Spanish from the University of Arkansas.
