Kenny Colston

Kenny Colston is currently working as the Midwest Communications Strategist at Common Cause. Prior to this, Kenny held positions such as Senior Digital Marketing Manager at American Promise, Digital Director at Kentucky Democratic Party, and Communications Director at Kentucky Center for Economic Policy. Kenny has a strong background in journalism, having worked as an Editor at The Oldham Era and a Frankfort Bureau Chief at Kentucky Public Radio. Kenny also has experience in multimedia journalism and social media management, having worked as a Multi-media Journalist at Insight Communications. Kenny's journalism journey began at the University of Kentucky, where Kenny obtained their B.S. in Journalism and served as a Journalist/Editor in Chief for the Kentucky Kernel Press Club, Inc.
