Amanda McCrary serves as the Chief Citizen Officer at Common Citizen since May 2021, focusing on culture through human-centric programs and policies while leading a team of HR professionals dedicated to serving citizens. Earlier experience includes strategic HR positions at Dow Corning and McKesson, influencing employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Amanda earned a Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from Central Michigan University.
