Lesley Gold

Advisory Board Member

Lesley Gold is an experienced professional with a diverse background in communications, technology, and advisory roles. From February 1994 to August 1995, Lesley served as the Director of Radio Services at the Democratic National Committee, followed by a role as Press Secretary at the U.S. Department of Labor until February 1997. Lesley's tenure at CNN from February 1997 to November 1999 included the position of Booker/Producer for Burden of Proof. In December 1999, Lesley became the Vice President of the Consumer Technology Practice at Blanc and Otus, holding that position until April 2002, when Lesley assumed the role of CEO at SutherlandGold Group, which continues to the present. Lesley is also actively involved in various advisory roles, including positions at PAAY, Forethought, Common Crawl Foundation, and wickr, as well as holding a board member position at Pied Piper Players from 2013 to March 2021. Additionally, Lesley participates as a volunteer at Peninsula Bridge to support low-income students. Lesley holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Women's Studies from Carleton College.
