Marissa Guananja

Marissa Guananja currently serves as the Vice President of Impact Initiatives at Common Future. They have previously held positions including Chief Programs Officer at the Roosevelt Institute and Program Officer for Family Economic Security at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. Their earlier experience includes roles as Director of CONNECT at The Neighborhood Developers and various research assistant positions. Marissa holds an Executive MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, a Master of Public Policy from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Mount Saint Mary's University.
