Sam Hall

Sam Hall is a seasoned professional in the field of geographic information systems and damage prevention, currently serving as the Vice President of the Damage Prevention Institute at Common Ground Alliance since June 2022. Prior experience includes a significant role as Senior Program Manager at the U.S. Department of Transportation's Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration from August 2008 to June 2022, and various positions at Virginia state agencies, including Geospatial Projects Manager at the Virginia Information Technologies Agency and Fish and Wildlife Information Services and Geographic Information System Manager at the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries.
