Austin Bailey

Austin Bailey serves as the National Director of Membership at Common House since February 2019, overseeing Membership Strategy and Analysis while supervising Membership Directors to achieve growth and retention goals. Previously, Austin founded RVA Fit Foodie, focused on holistic health and fitness, and held leadership roles at ChamberRVA, where contributions included program development and community engagement. Earlier experience encompasses recruitment and selection at Northwestern Mutual and roles in event coordination and marketing at The University of Alabama and Virginia Oral and Facial Surgery. Austin holds a degree in Communicative Disorders and Psychology from The University of Alabama.
