Warren DeShields, SNS, is a passionate K-12 food service leader and culinary strategist with 25 years of experience transforming food services. They served as the Director of Food Services for the Bridgeton Board of Education from 2016 to 2024, overseeing the feeding of 6,000 students daily. Warren has also held positions as Executive Chef at Tri-County Community Action Agency and Sous Chef at Four Points Sheraton. Currently, they are the Founder and Head Coach at Crystal Clear Coaches, where they focus on mental preparation for athletes and effective training for diverse individuals. Additionally, Warren is the Executive Director of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter at The Common Market since 2024.
