Kade Hinkle is currently serving as a Growth SDR at Common Room since July 2025. Prior to this role, Kade was self-employed as a landscaper from April 2024 to June 2025, managing all aspects of the business, including customer acquisition and execution of landscaping services in challenging conditions. Kade also gained valuable experience in various internships, including GTM intern at ForgeX and SDR intern at CartConvert, both in late 2024. Earlier experience at Firehouse Subs as a Crew Member from August 2023 to April 2024 allowed Kade to develop strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
