Andrew Huffman

Andrew Huffman has over 30 years of work experience in various technology and leadership roles. Andrew is currently Vice President and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Common Securitization Solutions, where they started in 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director, Legal & Compliance Operations at the same company starting in 2020. Before joining Common Securitization Solutions, Andrew worked in consulting as a Technology & Program Management Executive from 2019 to 2020. From 2001 to 2019, they worked at Fannie Mae, initially as a Director of Technology and then in positions of increasing responsibility. At Fannie Mae, they led technology and enterprise functions, built and managed organizations, and had budgetary authority up to $20M. Before Fannie Mae, Andrew worked as a Senior Architect at Sapient from 2000 to 2001, where they successfully addressed integration and performance issues in a troubled project for a consumer finance client. Andrew also held the role of Principal Technologist at Fannie Mae from 1994 to 2000, leading the development and implementation of enterprise mortgage loan systems. Their earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer at SAIC from 1992 to 1994, a Software Engineer at Watson Wyatt from 1991 to 1992, and a Systems Engineer at Litton PRC from 1989 to 1991. Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated a strong technical expertise and leadership abilities in the technology and compliance fields.

Andrew Huffman attended George Mason University from 1982 to 1989 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Decision Sciences. In February 2021, they also received the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
