Less McClain has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. They have worked in various roles within the IT industry, with a focus on information security, strategic planning, business operations, and network operations. Notably, they have held senior management positions at Symantec, where they led teams in implementing software asset management practices, repatriating IT services into a hybrid cloud infrastructure, and providing DevOps support for security products. Prior to that, they worked as a consultant at Villa Rosa Enterprises, where they were responsible for shaping network operations and implementing ERP systems. They also served as a Global Director at Tyco Fire & Security, overseeing network operations and customer computing. In their most recent role at Common Securitization Solutions, they have served as both the Manager and Director of Information Security for IAM Services.
