Jade Lu

Jade Lu is an accomplished consultant currently working at Common Spark Consulting since March 2024, focusing on inclusive policymaking for a clean energy future. Previously, Jade served as Senior Policy Manager at Hua Nani Partners from December 2022 to March 2024, providing strategic advice on climate and transportation solutions. Prior roles include Clean Transportation Program Manager and Emerging Markets Program Administrator at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center, where Jade developed grant programs supporting climate and equity goals. Additional experiences include a National Fellowship at the Clean Energy Leadership Institute, ESG Analyst at Etho Capital, Operations Analyst at BlueWave Solar, and various internships and research roles at prominent organizations. Jade holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science and Biology from Duke University and is an alumnus of the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics.
