Paula Brito

Paula Brito is a seasoned behavioral designer and consultant with extensive experience in human-centered design and behavioral science. Currently serving as a Behavioral Designer at Common Thread since April 2024 and as a Behavioral Design Consultant at Maria Paula Brito since July 2021, Paula has previously led significant design initiatives at Equimundo and the International Rescue Committee, focusing on reducing gender-based violence and promoting nurturing parenting. Additional expertise includes roles at The World Bank, La Victoria Lab, Interbank, the Inter-American Development Bank, Transparency International, and The Cambodia Daily, contributing to projects across innovation, financial inclusion, and communication strategies. Paula holds a Master of Science in Mass Communication from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
