Jerry Korab

Jerry Korab is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in cooking and pastry arts, currently serving as Chef Instructor and Program Manager at Common Threads since January 2010. In addition to this role, Jerry has been the Lead Instructor and Kitchen Manager at Give Me Some Sugar since June 2009, and previously worked as a Cooking Instructor at The Wooden Spoon. Jerry's expertise includes developing gourmet class curricula and managing kitchen operations, demonstrated during the tenure as Head Pastry Chef at Swirlz Cupcakes. Earlier experience includes positions as an Executive Assistant at Korab Incorporated and an intern at Moos Bakerei Konditorei in Switzerland. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Newbury College and an Associate in Arts degree in Culinary Arts specializing in Baking and Pastry from The Art Institutes.
