Raquel Perez, MPA, has over 20 years of experience in non-profit leadership, focusing on relationship management, grant oversight, program design, and evaluation. Currently serving as a PreCollege Consultant for Nosotros Education Center, Raquel has a proven track record in youth development and college readiness, having secured over $4.5 million in federal grants. They have held prominent positions, including Senior Director of PreCollege & Career Readiness at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County and as a Board Member for Create + Collaborate. Raquel has also contributed as Director of Programs & Partnerships at Common Threads, promoting nutrition education and community health initiatives across multiple regions. They hold a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from The University of Texas at Arlington.
