Seema Uppal

Seema Uppal has extensive experience in nutrition education and policy coordination. Currently serving as a Policy System Environmental Coordinator at Common Threads since November 2019, Seema previously worked as a SNAP ED Nutrition Educator at Family Residences and Essential Enterprises, Inc. from April 2014. Earlier in their career, Seema was a Nutrition Worker at Princeton Healthcare System for a year. Educationally, Seema earned a Master's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Stony Brook University between September 2018 and December 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of New Haven, completed in 2012.
