Program Management

The Program Management team at Common Threads is responsible for overseeing and executing the organization's cooking and nutrition education initiatives. This includes coordinating with schools and community centers to implement programs, managing project timelines and deliverables, and analyzing program data to measure impact and ensure continuous improvement. The team also works on tailoring programs to reflect cultural diversity and make them accessible and relevant to under-resourced communities nationwide.
