Noémi Dignat has been working in the professional world since 2015. Her first role was as Stock Manager & Barista at Dépanneur Le Pick Up. In 2016, they moved to Natixis Global Asset Management as a Marketing Assistant. The following year, they took on a Sales Representative position at Riverford Organic Farmers. In 2018, Noémi became a Student Affairs Officer at INSEEC U. and currently holds the role of Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Executive at Commonplace since 2021.

Noémi Dignat obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from McGill University in 2015, with a field of study in International Management, Managing for Sustainability, and Philosophy. Noémi also holds a Project Management Qualification from the Association for Project Management, obtained in October 2022.
