Isiss Ali

Isiss Ali serves as a Program Coordinator at Commonpoint Queens, responsible for student recruitment, intake assessments, and the development of workshops focusing on work readiness and career development. Additional duties include providing individual counseling, supervising Counselor Advocates, and ensuring contractual obligations are met for student participation. Previously, Isiss worked as an Academic Success Coach at St. Francis College, where responsibilities included aiding student transitions, time management skill development, and tutoring coordination. Additional experience includes roles as a Summer Camp Counselor at the YMCA of Greater New York, a Hostess at Bill's Bar & Burger, and Junior Child Care Staff at South Richmond Hill Boys & Girls Club. Isiss holds a 5 Year BA/MA in Applied Behavioral Psychology from St. Francis College.
