CommonTime Pathways is the recruitment platform for the arts. We help universities solve the enrollment crisis by connecting them with a nationwide pipeline of high-retention student-musicians.

The modern enrollment challenge isn't just finding students—it's finding the right students. While most recruitment strategies focus solely on music majors, CommonTime Pathways unlocks the "Invisible 80%": the high-achieving STEM, Business, and Humanities students who want to continue their musical journey in your ensembles.

How we partner with Admissions & Music Faculty:
- Strategic Discovery: Beyond the "list buy." Search our vetted database by instrument, vocal part, academic interest, and geographic region.
- The Commonality Score™: Our proprietary fit-assessment helps you identify students whose goals and values align specifically with your campus culture.
- Bridging the Gap: We provide a direct line between high school directors and university faculty, fostering early-stage relationships that drive yield.
- Equity & Access: Expand your recruiting footprint to talented students in every zip code, regardless of your travel budget.

Build a more vibrant campus and a sustainable ensemble.
