Ellen Rosenberg

Ellen Rosenberg is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Commonwealth Financial Network, a position held since April 2005. In this role, Ellen oversees firm litigation and arbitrations, manages employment and recruiting matters, responds to regulatory inquiries, and handles errors and omissions claims. Prior to this, Ellen worked as Assistant Vice President and Counsel at Allmerica Financial from 1990 to 2005. Ellen holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Tufts University.
