Ryan White is an accomplished design strategist and innovation leader with extensive experience in product design and user-centered methodologies. As the Director of CX Strategy at Commonwealth Financial Network since May 2022, Ryan drives corporate strategy initiatives. Concurrently, as an Independent Design Consultant at Discover WhiteSpace, Ryan collaborates with a diverse range of companies on concept-to-launch design services. Ryan's previous roles include Head of Innovation & Design at MassMutual, where three teams were managed to enhance financial wellness and customer engagement. With a strong foundation in industrial design, having earned a BS from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Ryan has held various influential positions across notable organizations, including Staples, the Peabody Essex Museum, and Kensington, focusing on innovation, design processes, and market strategy throughout a dynamic career.
