Eric Mo

Eric Mo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and project management. As Co-Founder of Commonwealth Joe since November 2012, Eric advises on real estate, strategy, and growth for a tech-enabled specialty coffee company. Previously, in the role of Senior Project Manager at Boston Properties from June 2016 to February 2024, Eric oversaw all phases of the commercial real estate development lifecycle across various asset types. Earlier roles included positions at Country Garden, CBRE, Vornado Realty Trust, and Primary Residential Mortgage, where Eric gained expertise in investment analysis, programmatic planning, financial underwriting, and client services. Eric holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Urban + Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia, complemented by study abroad experience at Peking University.
