He is known for his expertise in menu development, food safety, training, and sales growth. Kevin has also worked at Greencore, New England Patriots, National Amusements, Omni Hotels/ Parker House Boston, and Mandrake bar bistro. He holds a degree in Liberal arts from Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
