Scott Ray

Scott Ray is the Chief Technical Officer at Commonwealth LNG, overseeing the development of an 8.4 mtpa liquefied natural gas export terminal on the U.S. Gulf Coast. With 30 years of experience in engineering and management across domestic and international projects, Ray specializes in LNG liquefaction, regasification, and project management. Previously, Ray held roles as Vice President of Engineering and Technology at SCT&E LNG and Project Director at DORIS, focusing on large-scale energy infrastructure projects. Ray earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and holds professional certificates in Petroleum Refinery Processing and Industrial Process Control.
