Daniel Syson

Daniel Syson is an Assistant Director in the Treasury at Commonwealth Treasury, where they have held various positions, including Policy Analyst and Legislative Advisor. Daniel’s past experience includes roles as an American Express Merchant Consultant at CPM Australia and a Law Clerk at Fogarty, Oliver & Rothschild. They also served as a Law Interpretation Officer and Graduate Officer at the Australian Taxation Office. Daniel earned a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia in 2022, and holds dual Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from Deakin University.
