Andrew Mayes

Andrew Mayes is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in compliance, quality assurance, and reliability testing. Currently serving as a Consultant Compliance Engineer at ARRIS and CommScope since 2016 and 2020 respectively, Andrew is responsible for ensuring new product introductions meet project timelines and compliance requirements. Previous roles include Quality Engineering Manager at ARRIS and Pace, where responsibilities encompassed design reliability assessments and the management of quality assurance teams. Andrew's career began in the Royal Air Force and includes experience as a Development Engineer at Britax PMG and as a Machine Operator at Kimberly Clarke. Andrew holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Management and Technology from The Open University.
