Apravi Kamat

Apravi Kamat has a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources, with experience spanning from 2011 to 2017. Kamat started as a Management Trainee at Paintair Water India, followed by an internship at BizzNBuzz Inc. as an Events Trainee. Kamat further developed HR skills through a Management Trainee role at Cipla Ltd., assisting in various HR functions and completing a project on employee absenteeism analysis. In the following years, Kamat served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Delivery Centric Pty Ltd, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process in both domestic and Australian markets, followed by a role as a Management Trainee HR and then as a Senior Recruiter for Talent Acquisition in the APAC region at CommScope.
