Bas Hermsen is the EMEA Channel Director at CommScope, where they lead a team focused on enhancing partner experiences and driving financial success across the region. With almost 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Bas has a proven track record of implementing innovative channel strategies and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Previously, as Sales Director for the Benelux and UK & Ireland, they spearheaded strategic growth initiatives that expanded the company’s market presence. Bas holds degrees in Marketing Management from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen and Mechanical Engineering from Katholieke KMTS Utrecht.
