Bas Mondria

Bas Mondria is an experienced sales professional currently serving as Sales Manager Data Centres Europe at CommScope since June 2021. Prior to this role, Bas held the position of Regional Sales Manager WEU & SEU at Leaseweb from September 2018 to February 2021, focusing on Infrastructure-as-a-Service solutions for a diverse customer base. Bas also spent nearly eight years at Reichle & De-Massari AG, initially as Country Manager for The Netherlands and South Africa, and previously as Sales Director for the Netherlands, where responsibilities included strategic management and implementing key sales programs. Additional experience includes roles at Anixter, Ricoh Europe, Hagemeyer, and Carrier Transicold. Bas holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Management from Haarlem Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in International Marketing from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
