Bryan Shaw

Bryan Shaw, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Regional HR Manager and Business Partner at CommScope since November 2019, where responsibilities include partnering with leadership to align HR solutions with business objectives across six NAR manufacturing and logistics locations, managing a team of eight HR professionals. Previously, Bryan held the position of Human Resources Director at GKN Driveline from January 2018 to November 2019, overseeing HR activities for a $675 million site with over 1,500 employees and directing a team of seven HR professionals and one administrative specialist. Bryan's HR experience also includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Pittsburgh Glass Works and Human Resources Director at Leistritz Advanced Turbine Components, Inc., along with earlier experience as Human Resources Manager at Filtrona. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and bachelor's degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from High Point University and another bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business.
