Chuck Gilstrap

Chuck Gilstrap has been working in the tax and treasury industry for over 25 years. Chuck is currently the Senior Vice President of Tax and Treasury at CommScope. Chuck has previously held positions as the Vice President of Tax and Treasury at Accudyne Industries, the Director of Tax at GE, and the Director of Tax and Tax Officer at Dresser, Inc.

Chuck Gilstrap began their career in 1992 as a Tax Manager at Spectravision, Inc. Chuck then moved to Dal-Tile International, Inc. in 1995 where they also served as a Tax Manager. In 1999, they were promoted to Director of Tax at Dal-Tile and held that position until 2003 when they left to join Dresser, Inc. as their Director of Tax. Chuck Gilstrap was with Dresser, Inc. from 2003 until 2011 when they left to join GE as their Director of Tax. In 2013, they joined Accudyne Industries as their Vice President of Tax and Treasury and held that position until 2016. Chuck Gilstrap has been with CommScope since 2016 and is currently serving as their Senior Vice President of Tax and Treasury.

Chuck Gilstrap has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Midwestern State University in Accounting.
