Enze Chen

Enze Chen is an experienced engineering and project manager in the field of passive optical devices, currently serving as Engineering Manager and Project Manager at CommScope since January 2016. With a strong background in R&D, Chen has led teams in the development of passive optical devices and has expertise in international standards for fiber optic components. Chen is also a member of committees in the IEC and the Belgian Electrotechnical Committee. Prior experience includes roles at Sensata Technologies, Umicore, and Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, where project management, design engineering, and advanced material science were key responsibilities. Enze Chen holds a PhD in Material Science and Engineering from KU Leuven, complemented by a Master's and Bachelor's degree in the same field.
