Frank Giannetti

Frank Giannetti is an experienced engineering and support professional with a robust background in integration testing and project management. Currently serving as the Integration Test and Support Manager at ARRIS since December 2012, Frank manages a team focused on deploying the Medios Merchandiser product in various environments. Prior to this, Frank held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at CommScope and was a Sr. Software Consulting Engineer at Motorola Mobility, where responsibilities included end-to-end project management for software integration and customer training. Frank's career also includes roles at Ignite, Tollgrade Communications, AT&T/Lucent, and AT&T, with a strong emphasis on customer support, systems engineering, and technical consultation. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Medical Instrumentation from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
