Frank Medrano

Frank Medrano is a seasoned Senior Quality Engineer at CommScope with a wealth of experience in quality assurance and engineering spanning over three decades. Since joining CommScope in April 2016, Frank has significantly improved processes, notably by introducing the NUD FMEA process, which reduced the timeframe for FMEA completion from six months to three days. Prior to this, Frank held key positions at Pentair Valves & Controls, Borg Warner, Guide Corporation, Motorola, and Legrand/Pass & Seymour, consistently demonstrating problem-solving prowess and a focus on quality advancements. Frank's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
