Li Yuemin

Li Yuemin is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in RF engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering RF at CommScope since June 2014, Li Yuemin oversees multiple teams comprising 12 RF engineers and 2 team leaders, ensuring the quality of project delivery and implementing engineering strategies aligned with business objectives. Prior roles include Technique Director at Suzhou Tianye Telecom Co. Ltd and Team Leader at CommScope, with foundational experience as an RF Engineer at Andrew Corporation and YanTai High-Gain High-Tech Co. Ltd. Li Yuemin holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Nanjing University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Shandong University of Technology. Key achievements include successfully leading approximately 20 technology-driven projects and receiving the "CTO's Innovators in Action Award" in 2016.
