Mark Roberts

Mark Roberts has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Director of Software and Tools at CommScope since January 2010. In this role, Mark leads Professional Services Programs, focusing on delivery support management and performance improvement strategies. Previously, Mark held senior management positions at Level 3 Communications, where responsibilities included managing Operations Engineering Tier III support teams and overseeing subsea cable operations, along with a role as North European Operations Manager at Sprint. Early career positions included responsibilities as a Senior NOC technician and Field Services Engineer. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of London, a PGCE from the University of Warwick, a Master's in the Physics of Laser Communications from the University of Essex, and an MBA from The Open University.
