Matthew Galla

Matthew Galla currently serves as the Vice President of Materials Engineering at CommScope, a position held since March 2014, following a role as Director of Materials Advanced Engineering. Prior to CommScope, Matthew Galla spent nearly a decade at TE Connectivity, where responsibilities included Director of Research, Engineering and Advanced Development, which involved overseeing product development for the Americas region in TE's global Energy business. Galla's earlier roles at TE included Director of Technology and Manager of New Platform Development. Matthew Galla holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earned between 1988 and 1994.
