Michael Coppin

Michael Coppin is an experienced legal professional with a career spanning over two decades in corporate and securities law. Currently serving at CommScope, Inc. since December 2007, Michael holds the position of Vice President & Associate General Counsel, Corporate & Securities, following roles as Vice President, Corporate & Securities Law, and Corporate Attorney. Prior to CommScope, Michael worked as Corporate Counsel at Andrew Corporation and was an Associate at Mayer Brown LLP. Michael began the legal journey as a Law Clerk and Financial Analyst at Anixter Inc. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, an MBA in Finance from Gies College of Business, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
